Chances are the only way you can afford the to buy the things you really want is to work. Fortunately, being part of the McDonald's Crew means you get to work hours that can fit around commitments you may already have such as school, sport or family, and have some fun while you earn.
Hours
At McDonald's, we need people to work a variety of shift patterns. Many of our restaurants are able to provide shifts that can fit around your study, your sporting or your family commitments or any other outside activities you are involved with. When you apply you will be asked to supply your "availability", a range of times between which you can work and how many hours/days you would like to work each week. This will be agreed with your manager and you will be rostered within this availability. Obviously your needs may change as may the needs of the restaurant and changes to availabilities will need to be discussed with your manager and agreed upon in advance. If you are studying, we also want you to be able to combine school and study in a practical manner, therefore, if you're a student under 17, you won't be asked to work after 11pm.
Fun & Friends
Whatever your motivation for working, McDonald's is a great way to meet new people or to work with your existing friends! Doing so means you'll be working in a fun environment as you learn and earn!
