Crew Members can start with a nationally recognised Certificate II in Retail Operations or Certificate III in Retail Supervision. Completion of a traineeship will impress employers around the country whatever career path you choose to follow.

- Interacting with customers
- Sanitation, safe food handling and workplace safety
- Basic housekeeping and stock handling
- Stock control
Certificate III in Retail Supervision
- Basic supervisory skills, coaching and following up
- Additional responsibilities in workplace and food safety
- Cash and security procedures
- Understanding and reinforcing our people policies and award minimums
- Training to assist the shift manager on the floor
