McDonald's has received inquiries from concerned customers who have received an email or viewed a website offering to credit their bank account or credit card with a sum of money in exchange for participating in a survey and/or providing personal information. The email may require you to access a website to complete the survey.

Please be advised that McDonald's is not the source of, or affiliated with, these emails or websites in any way. We are currently investigating the source of the survey hoaxes with the appropriate authorities and apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
